This web site is having a hell of a revamp on account that no one knows where anything is .
There was simply so much stuff that had been entered in different place in different ways that no body could see the wood for the trees.
So a bit of woodland management has occurred.

The Panel and Officers Here you will find information about the Panel, officers and other personnel, that volunteer their time to oil the cogs of the competition Scene. You will also find Terms of Reference that these volunteers may refer to from time to time.
